“Twoway north ltd” follows the following terms regarding orders, reservations and cancellations of services. These terms shall be binding to both parties when the customer has paid the advance payment.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A CABIN

The conditions of ”twoway north” become binding as soon as the customer has made the advance payment in amount of 30% of the total rent. The rest of the payment must be payed 4 weeks before arrival. A last minute booking (the booking made within less than 4 weeks before arrival) must all be paid immediately.

Only adults (18 and up years of age) can make a reservation. The persons younger than the minimum age of 18 and travelling without their parents must have a permission in writing from their parents before their arrival.

Getting the key and departure has to be agreed with the owner of the cabins 2 - 3 days before the date of arrival. Contact information of the owner and the driving instructions will be sent to the customer together with the invoice.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

There is no minimum rental period.

LIVING IN A CABIN

The customer may use the cabin from 4 pm on the arrival day until 12 am on the day of departure.

The rent includes the use of the cabin, bedlinen (for mattresses, blankets, pillows), bath towel, kitchen towels, firewood and use of sport equipment. The customer must clean the cabin during his stay. Final cleaning is included in the price.

The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the cabin may not be exceeded.

It is forbidden to have a tent or a trailer on the grounds without permission by the owner.

The cabins are non-smoking cabins. No pets are alowed.

The customer is responsible and obliged to pay for any damage that occurs to the property and it`s contents during his stay except minor damage, which may be considered as result of normal living.

All the complaints and claims conserning the equipment and condition of the cabin are to be immediately forwarded to the owner/caretaker. Claims that have been submitted afterwards can not, unfortunately, be considered valid.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The cancellation is to be made by e-mail or by a letter. If the cancellation is made:

·          60 - 46 days before arrival: the advance payment will be reimbursed to the customer with a deduction for a cancellation/service fee of 50 €.

·          45 – 31 days before arrival: 30% (advanced payment)

·          30 – 0 days before arrival: 100%, in case we do not manage to rent the cabin to someone else.

In case the cancellation is made before agreed arrival because of illness of a serious nature of the customer or someone closely related to him, the rent will be reimbursed to the customer with a deduction for a cancellation/service fee of 50 €. In this case the customer must have a certificate to prove the reason for cancellation, issued by a doctor.

WHEN ”twoway north” HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A BOOKING

In the following extraordinary cases we have the right to cancel a booking:

·          In case of a force majeure. The rent in total will be reimbursed to the customer with compensation of 50 € for the costs to the customer. ”Twoway north” will also do it`s best in order to find a similar chalet in an other resort.

·          In case the advance payment or the final invoice has not been made on time.
